It&#8217;s about understanding the emotion and intentions behind the information. Effective communication is also a two-way street. It\u2019s not only how you convey a message so that it is received and understood by someone in exactly the way you intended, it\u2019s also how you listen to gain the full meaning of what\u2019s being said and to make the other person feel heard and understood .<\/p><p>In Harwood , internally we communicate mostly through phone calls , emails , E-bulletin and E-board . Therefore , on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> of November , Events and Publication Unit has organized a short course for the regional staff state wide . The short course is entitled Effective Ways to Build and Write Informative Articles . The course started with the introduction of E-board and E-bulletin\u2019s role in Harwood . Participants were also taught on how to write informative articles step by step and were given time to write and learn .
