Harwood Timber Sdn Bhd have been hosting its Turnaround Retreat from 27th. to 29th. August 2024 at Union Yes Retreat and Training Centre in Lundu.
The retreat brought together 28 staff members, who were organized into five groups to tackle key areas of focus, including plantation management for Acacia and Bamboo. Over the course of the three-day event, participants engaged in comprehensive discussions, analyses, and brainstorming sessions to formulate actionable strategies aimed at enhancing HTSB’s business development efforts.
Overall, the retreat successfully provided valuable insights and fostered a collaborative environment for developing strategies that will drive HTSB’s growth and sustainability. Moving forward, the implementation of these strategies will be crucial in achieving our corporate objectives and securing a competitive edge in the market.
