"We learn best in moments of enjoyment"
Ralph C. Smedley , founder of Toastmasters

The club was founded in the year of 1924. Over the years the club has expended internationally. With its ever expanding number of clubs, it is no wonder that Toastmasters need an efficient system to manage its members, hence the divided of regions, districts, divisions, areas and clubs.

The day ended with another Gala Night with a theme of Black and Gold. During the dinner, all clubs and individuals that had achieved their goals were given awards. Moving on to the last day of the conference, there were Speech Contest for Mandarin and English language respectively. The exchanged of ideas and beliefs on various subjects has opened our mind into looking at something in a different perspective. These 3 days conference was definitely the right time for those with the right value to STAND OUT and be seen, to SPEAK UP and be heard. It is true when Benjamin Franklin said, ‘Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn’.
